Unfortunately, sometimes this world is not a nice place. In this program we start to gear up towards the adult Jiu jitsu syllabus. We keep a keen eye on the self defence elements and make sure that we do not violate the fundamental principles of Jiu jitsu. Techniques specific to sporting endeavours, as fancy as they may be are secondary.
